Tortuga AI, Inc. ("Tortuga AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates Crew and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our Services.

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google Auth or another third-party provider, we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address.
Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase evaluation credits, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — we only retain the card type, last four digits, and billing details necessary for invoicing.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and features used.
Product and Evaluation Data. Crew stores data you create through the Services, including persona definitions, project and surface configurations, submitted URLs, test configurations, and generated evaluation reports. This content is used to provide the core functionality of Crew.

We use third-party services to help operate our business, including Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), and other hosting and analytics providers.
